Diamond Dollars can be earned on Special Orders and Layaways that are placed and picked up during the time frame.
Cannot earn Diamond Dollars on services, discounted merchandise or previous purchases and layaways.
Reward Dollars and Birthday/Anniversary Postcards can be used on a purchase earning Diamond Dollars - issued after rewards or postcard has been applied.
Diamond Dollars are transferable to another customer with the original customer’s permission! A staff member must verify customer permission for transfers, which can be documented via email, text, or a signed note.
